EarthingOut Kids sells digital products that may be delivered by download link, email or third party checkout delivery. Because digital products can be accessed immediately, refunds are generally not provided once files have been delivered or downloaded, except where required by law.
2. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits rights that may apply under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws.
3. Technical Issues
If you do not receive your download link, cannot open a file or experience a technical issue, contact EarthingOut Kids with your order details. We will make reasonable efforts to help you access the product you purchased.
4. Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same digital product twice, contact EarthingOut Kids as soon as possible with both order receipts.
5. Change Of Mind
Please read the product page carefully before purchasing. Change of mind refunds are not usually available for digital downloads once access has been provided.
