Clear answers for parents before they begin.

Gentle, practical information about age range, printing, audio, certification and digital access.

What age is the Reiki Kids 7 Day Journey for?

It is designed for children aged roughly 5 to 12, with parent or caregiver support. Families can adapt the pace and amount of reading depending on the child.

Does my child need to know Reiki already?

No. The course is a gentle introduction to Reiki inspired language and practices for calm, grounding and energy awareness.

Do I need to be Reiki certified to guide my child?

No. The course is written for parents and caregivers to guide gently at home. It does not teach practitioner level Reiki.

Is this a certified Reiki course?

No. This is a gentle parent led course for energy awareness, grounding and calm. It is not a Reiki certification, attunement or practitioner qualification.

How long does each day take?

Most families can keep each day short. A simple lesson, activity or audio practice may take around 10 to 25 minutes, depending on the child and how much you discuss together.

Can we move slower than 7 days?

Yes. Seven days gives the course a shape, but you can pause, repeat a day or spread the journey over several weeks.

What if my child does not want to do a practice?

That is okay. The course is consent based. You can skip, adapt, pause or simply read together without doing the practice.

What happens after I buy?

You will receive digital access to the printable PDFs and MP3 audio practices after checkout. The final checkout and delivery method will be connected when the sales setup is locked in.

Are both A4 and Letter files included?

Yes. The course includes A4 PDFs for Australia, the UK and other international printing, and Letter PDFs for the US and Canada.

Are the audio files included?

Yes. The digital pack includes eight MP3 audio practices: one quick reset plus one practice for each course day.
